How do I send OSC to VST

I’m having trouble sending OSC data from TouchDesigner to OCS-PAR VST in FL.

I would assume they can talk back and forth to each other, what am i doing wrong haha

OSC/PAR is output only, there isn’t any way to send data back to it.
