Channel strip for Ableton

Hi
New user, quick question: I want to create a very simple interface for live recording of clips. Would it be possible to create a set of default controls that would control the track currently in focus, possibly using Abletons instant mapping?

The other way would be to create controls for each track, but that would quickly fil the workspace.

Hey, thanks for your question. I unfortunately don’t know Ableton well enough to help on that side. Possibly someone else will be able to chime in though
