LOGGED: MIDI Settings goes out of container when the list is bigger than 8 devices

Hello,

The MIDI OUT DEVICE list goes out of the container and devices outside of it become un-clickable when there are more than 8 devices listed.

Thanks, yeah this is something I figured would come up quickly. Need a had the concept of a scrollbar to the UI!
