X-Y pad problem

Hey, i had a discussion with the dev about the X-Y pad, he asked me to post it here:

i am using OSC pilot for sound design control, the XY pad can be a great option to set up two parameters, more intuitively. (Like an eq point bell : frequency + gain)

But the big problem is, the point disapear when you release the finger (and I think the position go back to 0;0…), i think we should have the option to always display and keep position of the point when you stop touching the pad.
