Can I connect a muse 2 headset with OSC output to convert to midi?

I have a muse2 eeg headset that I have been able to see the data stream but I have not been able to convert the OSC output yet into midi. Can this program help me achieve this using iPad in performance hopefully without a computer.

This likely isn’t the right program to simply do data conversions. Thanks for your interest though.
