Looking back at my google wallet, I noticed that I was charged a total of four times for OSC Pilot

Yup and also sent a screenshot of all transactions from inside Google wallet, with timestamp.
Yoir sales team cannot and will not communicate with your client, myself.

I’ve seen the email thread with sales and they are answering you promptly and doing their best to help. I’ve also checked the order logs and the issue is that we don’t have any record of any extra changes, and have not received any extra funds. I understand this is frustrating, but the funds that have been taken from you are currently in the hands of another company in the middle somewhere, not us.
The sales team has suggested, correctly, the next step would be for you to dispute the charges with your credit card company/google wallet, and we’ll attest that we agree with the dispute. That will force them to reconcile the issue on their side.
Hopefully you will move ahead with that to resolve the issue.
