You need to use the desktop app to do editing, we don’t plan to allow editing on the iOS app. For now use iCloud to get your files to the iPad. There will be a desktop build released this weekend that allows the remote-update feature to directly update from a running copy.
There are a few known issues, such as the keyboard/settings UI being a little too wide for the screen. I wanted to get the build out to you guys to try out so I can polish it quicker though.
