OSC Crashing, Can’t open app

Hey There,

Just yesterday, OSC/Pilot started crashing on my iPad Air 2. I can’t open the app at all.

I’ve tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, reinstall app, updated iOS, I even deleted the entire iPad and started from scratch.

I’m using an iPad Air 2, model: MGKL2LL/A, iOS: 15.8.5

Please help. I have a important gig coming up mid January

My guess is that this happening because I updated to the latest NDI version and it no longer supports such an old version of iOS. If there is a way to downgrade your installed version to the previous then I think that would fix it. I’ll see if there is anything on my end that needs to be done to help facilitate that

Hey there. I fixed the problem… I bought a new iPad lol. I just wanted to check in so you don’t do any extra work on my account because I know you check the forums often.

I’ve pushed out a new version 1.13.4, which reverts the NDI version to v5 so it can open on older iOS version. The next one I post will increase the min iOS version so it won’t push out onto older devices
