You charged my credit card but I have not received my licnse code. I have tried emailing and got no reply

Hey, is it possible you have a typo in the email you used to buy the license? I see you used a different email address for the purchase than the one you used to sign up for the forum. You can PM me your correct email.  
Which email to you contact for support on this issue?
