# Is there a way to temporarily hide the Menu button (iPad)?

Is there a way to hide the “Cheesburger” or Menu icon on the iPad? I don’t want to get rid of it…but I also don’t want to be looking at it during show.

There is not right now, sorry. With a lot of the swipe interactions owned by the OS, I couldn’t decide on a good way to hide/show it that wouldn’t cause issues. Open to suggestions though.

I’ve seen other apps use a 4-finger tap, or a multi-finger swipe up to do things like that.

I have just pushed build 1.11.2 to the iOS store. Under the General Settings section, there is a new ‘Lock into PlayMode’ button that will disable all the settings and lock you into play mode. To get the settings back you’ll need to force quit the app and restart it.
