I’ve tried pressing every button on the keyboard and I’m not able to make this pop-up go away so I can access the buttons are sliders behind it

How do I minimize that or move it to access them?

This bug will be fixed in the next build. In the next build you’ll be able to click off the any selected widget and have that dialog disappear. Also the row of widgets will scale more with the window size.
