# FIXED: Problem with text not appearing in OSC/Pilot

hello, I downloaded the program, but the text does not appear in the program. I can’t even enter my license key. I have reinstalled and repaired windows’s Dism settings. but the result is the same

Sorry you are having this issue. Is this on windows or macOS?  
The font files are created the first time you start in this directory on Windows:  
C:\Users\<YourUsername\>\AppData\Local\OSCpilot\fontCache  
Is this directory there, does it contain .ttf directories with images in them?

hello, the problem was caused by the name of my windows user folder. There were Turkish letters.  
I solved the problem temporarily by creating a new user.
