# Button Midi Signals

Need a little help. For some reason when I go to use the buttons on the app, the midi signals are not always sent. By the way, I am using a Windows desktop for the program. When I use button groups, they all work correctly with MIDI on and off. However, when I try and do the single button module, it does not always work correctly. What can I do to resolve this problem or is this a known bug?

The settings for the buttons are the same. See images.

Hey, this isn’t a known issue. How are you determining the MIDI is failing, is it a MIDI device you are receiving the message on, or another application?  
Have you tired a MIDI viewer tool to see if the MIDI is getting sent out of the app? Such as
